Official Tournament Rulebook

Competition Format

Format
12 Teams • 2 Groups Teams are divided into Group A and Group B with 6 teams each.
Group Stage Teams compete in pool play matches to determine rankings.
Advancement The top 4 teams from each group advance to the knockout bracket.
Bracket Play Quarterfinals, semifinals, and final determine the tournament champion.

Match Structure

Play
25-Minute Games Each game is scheduled for approximately 25 minutes.
Time Limit When time expires, the team with the highest score wins.
Official Scoring All scores are recorded and reflected on the official tournament site.
Schedule Discipline Teams must be present and ready at their assigned time and court.

Game Rules

Rules
Rally Scoring A point may be awarded on every serve, regardless of which team served.
Three Touches Each team may use up to three touches to return the ball over the net.
Serving Players must serve from behind the service line. A serve that touches the net and crosses over is playable.
Rotation Teams must rotate in proper order when they win the serve.

Court Rules

Court
Net Contact Touching the net during active play may result in a point for the opposing team.
Center Line Crossing the center line in a way that interferes with the opponent may be called as a fault.
Out of Bounds A ball landing outside the court lines is out. A ball touching the line is considered in.
Referee Decision Referee decisions are final during play.

Team Responsibilities

Teams
Check-In Teams must complete check-in before their first scheduled match.
Roster Integrity Only registered players are allowed to compete.
Team Identity Teams should maintain clear visual identification during matches.
Team Limit The tournament is limited to 12 official registered teams.

Sportsmanship

Conduct
Respect First Players, coaches, and spectators must show respect at all times.
Church-Hosted Event This is a family-friendly tournament hosted in a respectful Christian environment.
Zero Tolerance Disrespect, arguing, fighting, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal or disqualification.
Final Authority Tournament organizers have final decision on disputes, rulings, schedule changes, and discipline.
